选择身份证有效期的时候整体屏幕跟着年月日滑动，动不动就退回到主界面，前面天的信息都不保存。

1.1.1 06/10/2022 1、提醒服务：预约挂号提醒、检验检查结果提醒、家医互动交流提醒等服务功能（可于APP中“个人”-“设置”-“通知设置”中进行开启和关闭）。
1）预约挂号提醒：百姓于APP进行预约挂号后，APP将在其就诊前24小时进行提醒，提醒就诊人即将于某时间赴某医院进行就诊，需提前携带好相关证件等。。
2）检验检查结果提醒：百姓从APP中挂号就诊，并在医院进行过相关检验检查，如医院已出具检验检查结果报告，APP将向百姓提醒其结果报告已出具，请及时查看。
3）家医互动交流提醒：百姓与医生进行签约后，可于APP中对医生进行提问，医生可进行回答，当任何一方收到消息时，APP将提醒有一条未读消息。
2、个人健康档案查询：主要提供 “本人健康档案查询”和“本人医疗服务查询”，为百姓提供便利服务。
3、药品公示：为辖区内广大百姓公示主管部门制定或调整后的药品品名、剂量、生产厂家等信息，方便百姓随时随地对药品进行查询。
